HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - America's Glamour Goddess hosted their Mardi Gras Krewe Beauty Pageant on Saturday at the Jo Carlisle and Blake Nagy's Performing Arts Center in Petal.
Dozens of young ladies from all around the Pine Belt, Picayune, and even Alabama participated in the event and wore their beauty dress and Mardi Gras wear for a shot at being the Ultimate Grand Supreme.
Every participant left home with a crown, but only one young lady from Meridian left home with the 14-inch mardi gras themed crown.
"We love to provide the opportunity to the young girls to do pageants and dancing here," said Co-Owner to the performing arts center, Blake Nagy. "It gives them an outlet just like baseball and football."
Blake Nagy will be heading to Texas next week to be a judge for the filmed show, Toddlers & Tiaras.
