Biloxi police have charged a Texas man in connection with a fatal accident Saturday morning that left a father and his young daughter dead. Police arrested 25-year-old Andrew James Good of Coopers Cove. Good is charged with two counts of Felony DUI Causing Death.

The accident happened on the I-110 bridge just south of the draw around 5 am.  Harrison County Deputy Coroner Charles Wise said Alex Hernandez and his 5-year-old daughter Ashlin Hernandez were killed. Biloxi officers said it appears Good's vehicle hit the victims' vehicle from behind.

Police said officers on the scene suspected Good of being under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Blood was drawn and sent to the state crime lab for testing. The results are pending.

Two passengers in Good's car were also injured. Both were treated and released at Biloxi Regional Medical Center. They were not charged with a crime. Good suffered minor injuries. He was also treated and released from the hospital and taken to the Harrison County Jail.
