More than 6000 Game Winner crossbow cocking ropes are being recalled.

CPSC officials say the hooks attaching the cocking rope to the crossbow string can break and recoil. Reportedly, three people have been injured.

The ropes have the model number FSGWAR3018 and UPC 400214726596. The products were sold at Academy Sports and Outdoors stores and online between June and October of 2012 for about $10 each.
