Your Week in Viral Videos: Winter blues can get entertaining

Posted: Updated:

(RNN) – People must be a bit scatterbrained this time of year.

At least, that's the best explanation we can provide for the interesting mix of videos this week.

From crazed snowmen to death battles over Twinkies, just be glad none of this stuff happened to you.

CAR, MORTORCYCLE OR BOTH

Listen up, guys. If your mother has ever shot you down for that new motorcycle because it was "too dangerous," show her this.

An upstart automaker in California has created a vehicle for people who want the mobility and fuel efficiency of a motorcycle and the safety of something with doors.

JAYWALKING BABY

Some parents wait far too late to explain to their children that it's not OK to play in the street, and some parents just don't supervise their kids well enough.

Whatever the case, one child who wandered onto a busy highway was fortunate that (A.) more care didn't decide to get on the road that day and (B.) the truck driver on the other side of the road was attentive enough to stop.

SNOWMAN PRANK

If you have a heart condition, you probably should stay off sidewalks in Providence, RI.

A snowman statue with a person inside has been scaring people for years, but somehow the entertainment value has not diminished.

We tried to find a video where the victims' verbal reactions were less graphic, but understandably, many people hate getting caught off guard by a giant snowman. Watch with caution.

LEGO SHOPPING

Perhaps the only thing more frustrating than getting in and out of a busy grocery store is trying to do it when your legs are plastic, square and don't bend.

Life is truly interesting, but it gets even weirder when you're a LEGO.

THE LAST TWINKIE

If this dispute had played out at a school lunch table, there would have been some tense negotiations involving a Snickers bar, perhaps a few sharp words and everyone would be best friends by nap time.

But when the last Twinkie on earth (hint: not really) and the quest for a pleasure-filled 30 seconds of snacking bliss are on the line, all bets are off.
