HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Students at one Hattiesburg school got a close-up look at new developments in interactive learning by visiting a high-tech mobile classroom. Students at N.R. Burger Middle School took part in classes on board a Promethean ActivBus, where they saw the latest whiteboard interactive learning products.
Promethan boards are currently in use in all six of the school's science classrooms.
"I think it's an advantage for the teachers and the students, because they do see other things that maybe the teacher is not using," said Jennifer Morgan, an information and communication technology teacher at N.R. Burger Middle School.
The bus is currently touring schools across the South.
