The Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls more than 16,000 Patio Bistro Sets.

CPSC officials say when the chair support is not fully engaged, it poses a fall hazard. Already there have been reports of back injuries, contusions and scrapes.

The patio sets were sold exclusively at Lowe's stores nationwide from August 2011 until February 2012 for nearly $100.

Officials say do not return the patio set to the store.   Consumers should contact Mida Lin at www.cobernbistroset.com or, toll free, 877-556-0886 for a new set of warning labels and additional instructions.
