A Jones County man charged for raping his 15 year-old niece

JONES COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

Terry Keys, 24, of Jones County faces up to 30 years behind bars for allegedly having sex with his 15 year-old niece.

Keys appeared before Jones County Justice Court Judge, Billy Graham Monday. He is charged with sexually battery after authorities said he had sex with his niece Thursday while she was in the care of him and his wife.

The victim told her mother about the incident and was then taken to a local hospital where tests were run.

Keys was arrested early Friday morning. He remains in Jones County Jail on a $150,000 cash bond.

    Hattiesburg police responded to a shooting at a Hub City apartment complex.  According to Lt.
