Samuel Lawrence recalling beds

Samuel Lawrence Furniture is recalling its full- and twin-size Bordeaux collection bed frames because of a potential of loosening hardware.  The recall affects more than 2000 bed frames sold throughout the U.S.

Company officials say the hardware holding the footboard and headboard can loosen -- or even detach -- posing a potential fall hazard.

The company has received more than 100 reports of footboards or headboards detaching.  At least one person has been injured.

Officials say customers should call, toll free, 1-888-572-9889 to obtain a free repair kit.
