Laurel Police arrested a man within less than 48 hours for burglary in the latest smash and grab.
Police arrested Dwight Robinson for allegedly busting the door at the rapid express on Hillcrest Drive early Tuesday morning.
Police said Robinson stole about $1,400.00 worth of cigarettes.
Robinson is charged with commercial burglary.
He is expected to appear in city court on Friday.
Police say more charges could be filed.
