First ever Jason Campbell camp set for Saturday

Posted: Updated:

NFL quarterback and Taylorsville High School alum Jason Campbell is back in the Pine Belt on Saturday June 16. The former Oakland Raiders, and now Chicago Bears quarterback, will be at Jones County Junior College to host his first ever football camp for ages seven to 17.

Admission is free, lunch will be provided, and participants will receive instruction not only from Campbell, but from high school and college coaches, who will also serve as instructors. To register their children, parents need to pick up a registration form from either George's Sporting Goods in Laurel or the Pine Belt Family YMCA in Hattiesburg. Campers may also register before the camp starts from 8:00 to 9:00 am.

Campers must have a signed registration form to participate. For more information, call 601-270-4601 or go to Pinebelt FCA on Facebook.
