Celebrity dance instructor comes to Hattiesburg

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

A dance teacher from the popular reality show Dance Moms Miami has hit Hattiesburg soil.

Victor Smalley will teach Master Classes at On Your Toes Dance Studio on June 16 in Oak Grove.

Smalley has been dancing since he was 14, and was recently in the top 20 of the popular dance competition show So You Think You Can Dance.

Smalley is currently a dance instructor at Stars Dance Studio out of Miami, Florida.

On Your Toes will host "A Day of Dance," with Smalley teaching classes in jazz and contemporary dance for teen and senior-level students.

    After losing the first two games of the season by a combined five points, Collins has won 12 consecutive games to advance to the class 2A South State title. The Tigers (12-2) defeated Bay Springs 22-8 on Friday to advance to a south state matchup against Taylorsville (13-1). Collins scored twice in the fourth quarter to overcome the Bulldogs on the road. "I feel great," said Collins head coach Eric Booth, a former USM running back.
