NEAR SANDERSVILLE (WDAM) -- A married couple from Texas looks for another place to stay – after a fire in their recreation vehicle.  Jones County authorities say the fire happened Thursday night after 9:00 – at the Sleepy Hollow RV Park.

Harry and Carolyn Sarrett say they smelled an aroma-like odor – then smoke boiled out from around the refrigerator.  The Sarretts say they ran out of the R-V and saw flames coming from the roof.  Three volunteer firefighter units responded to the blaze.

The Sarretts have been visiting the park from Fort Worth, Texas.  Harry Sarrett began work as an engineer for a power plant in Moselle.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
