3-D School holds graduation

PETAL, MS (WDAM) -

Mississippi's only dyslexia therapy school held it's annual commencement ceremony Thursday night.

This comes a day after Gov. Phil Bryant, who is also dyslexic, signed House Bill 1031 into law. Under the new law, a dyslexic student in grades 1 through 6 can be transferred under scholarship to a dyslexia therapy program.

During Thursday's ceremony, a special plaque was awarded Rep. Larry Byrd, who wrote the bill.
