A single-vehicle rollover accident on Ovett-Moselle Road Friday afternoon sent one Ovett man to the hospital.

At approximately 1:15 p.m. volunteer medical first responders and rescue units from Moselle and Ovett VFDs responded to the scene where a small white Chevrolet pickup, driven by Dustin Broadway of Ovett, had left the roadway striking a culvert and rolling over several times, totaling the vehicle.  Broadway was transported to SCRMC by EmServ with what was believed to be moderate injuries.

Also responding to the accident was Jones County Fire Coordinator Dan McKenna, Jones County Medical First Responder Coordinator Lee Garick and Jones County Sheriff's Department.
