Jones County authorities have made an arrest connected to a rash of burglaries and authorities say more arrests are expected may come.

On Monday around 4 a.m. an attempted traffic stop on Houston Road turned into a high-speed chase. Authorities say that chase lead to the arrest of a 15-year-old juvenile and Zarion Dobbins, 18, both of Jones County.

Dobbins is being charged with two counts of commercial burglary. Investigators say Dobbins has also admitted to burglarizing several other field houses in neighboring counties.

A hold has been placed on him for similar charges in Smith and Jasper counties.
