HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - One of Hattiesburg's music entertainers was arrested after his home was raided by police.
Entertainer, Albert Dixon was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of conspiracy to sell a controlled substance. Police confiscated nearly a dozen guns and an undetermined amount of cash from Dixon's Lincoln Road home in Hattiesburg. Investigators say Dixon had been under the surveillance of the narcotic division for months.
According to social media sites, last Friday, Dixon's entertainment company "Firestorm" was promoting the homecoming of ex-convict, Gerald Jackson, also known as "Huggie B". Jackson was released from jail on parole after serving only 4 years of a 30 year sentence.
