Triple-A Ambulance employees move out after Thursday fire

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Management and employees of Triple-A Ambulance Service spent Friday moving supplies and equipment from their 28th Ave. offices following a Thursday evening fire that left the building uninhabitable.

Triple-A CEO Wade Spruill says the move out of the location will probably be permanent.

He also says for the time being, dispatching will be done from the Forrest County Emergency Operations Center.

He says service to the public was uninterrupted by the fire.

There were no injuries.

Spruill says the fire may have  begun in an exhaust fan in a restroom.
