It has taken years…but with yesterday's announcement by DIRECTV that WDAM and WHLT—the two local stations serving Laurel and Hattiesburg—have been added to DIRECTV'S HD lineup…we are at long last available on the two major satellite provider networks and all the cable networks in our designated market area.  Of course we are available even beyond the 8 designated counties over the air as always.  While WDAM has been on cable ever since there has been cable in the area…getting on satellite has been a long wait—but not due to a lack of trying on our part.  DISH Network added the local stations to their line up some time back.  Now DIRECTV has as well......and you can contact them for details.  We are delighted to be able to serve you regardless of your method of reception.   Look for more information here on wdam.com.  I'm Jim Cameron with today's Viewpoint.
