JONES CO., MS (WDAM) - On Monday, Jones County Junior County held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of a new female dorm.
The new dorm, Anderson Hall, is named in honor of long-time JCJC supporter Sidney (Buck) Anderson.
It's a three story, 121 bed facility.
The dormitory features card access doors, full sprinkler system and two apartments for residents manager.
The facility cost $3 million to build.
