HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM)- The head of a Hub City community outreach program designed to help get kids off the streets and out of a life of crime has been arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The Rev. Derrian Moye and Anthony Brown were arrested after the parents of a teenaged girl reported their daughter missing.
The parents told police their daughter had gone to a community center for an activity but did not return home. Witnesses told authorities they saw two female juveniles get into an SUV belonging to Moye.
According to the incident report, police went to Moye's apartment where they found the two suspects along with the two juveniles. Both Moye and Brown were booked into the Forrest County Jail.
