Jasper County and JCJC team up for new learning center

ELLISVILLE, MS (WDAM)- Jones County Junior College and the Jasper County Supervisors held a ground breaking ceremony Tuesday morning for the new Jasper County Learning Center.

The center will be approximately 15,000 square feet and the first phase will cost approximately $2.1 million.

The original Jasper County Learning Center opened in January 2008. The learning center saw an 18 percent increase in enrollment I the first year.
