(AP) - The federal bankruptcy court overseeing Natchez Regional Medical Center's Chapter 9 filing will decide this week if it needs to appoint a special patient advocate for the duration of the process. HORN LAKE, Miss. (AP) - A retail consultant hired by Horn Lake to help recruit businesses to the city says initial research has been completed, identifying trade areas and businesses that would be ripe for recruitment. Chuck Branch of Birmingham, Ala.-based Retail Strategies says three members of his firm spent about six hours driving the Horn Lake area recently identifying zones that could be developed or redeveloped.
