LAUREL, MS (WDAM) - Three people are in custody and another is being questioned in connection with the Laurel Pay Day Loan store robbery Saturday night.
Around 6 p.m. Laurel Police say two black males dressed in all black, one wore a stocking on his head and the other camouflage, entered the Pay Day Loan store on 127 South 16th Avenue.
The men approached the clerks with a gun, tied them in the stock room of the store, and removed the cash from the safe. Authorities say the two then fled north.
Laurel Police say they expect to file charges against the suspects Tuesday. Their names have not been released.
