Frat House Bar & Grill parties for a cause Friday night

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM)- A popular college bar and grill near the University of Southern Mississippi, is donating all the money it collects at the door Friday night to a tornado relief fund for the University of Alabama.

The Frat House Bar & Grill off S. 37th Ave. in Hattiesburg says a five dollar cover at the door will help  recovery efforts for the faculty and students at the Tuscaloosa based university.  The first 100 people through the door will receive door prizes for showing their support.  Doors will open at 7:00 o'clock Friday evening.

Preliminary surveys from the National Weather Service determined that on April 27th, an EF-4 tornado cut right through populated areas of Tuscaloosa packing winds of 190 mph.
