Hattiesburg spring festival changes name

An annual springtime event in downtown Hattiesburg that's growing in popularity has taken on a new name. A neighborhood gathering at Walthall Park formerly known as "Medical Mud Bugs" is now called the "Downtown Crawfish Jam."

It's a fundraiser for the Hub City's historic neighborhood association.

Saturday, hundreds of people attended the event.

As you might expect, there was plenty of crawfish available.

There was also an expanded line-up of live music.
