Marinade ingredients:
4 Tbsp. barbeque sauce
4 Tbsp. steak sauce
2 Tbsp. Wostershire sauce
4 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing (any brand)
2-5 drops of liquid smoke -optional
A shake or two or three of salt and pepper to taste
1 large ziplock baggie
Combine all of above ingredients and place your choice of chuck cut or ribs into ziplock baggie along with the marinade sauce mixture. Refrigerate overnight {but do not freeze}.
Barbeque marinated sirloin cut outdoors for the most favorable results. It will be OOOOOOhh, so good!!!
