HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - What was once known as the place to get a good burger in town is now just a pile of rubble. Hattiesburg Fire Investigators along with the State Fire Marshal's office have been trying to determine how the fire, which destroyed mugshots happened.

Friday, Hattiesburg Fire Investigators said, that they believe the fire started on the back side of the building and they have ruled out any foul play.

Fire Investigator Scott McRaney said, "we determined that the area of origin was located on the back wall  of mug shots, next to or around the back door. Through the examination of the fire scene and interviews conducted, we determined that the fire was an accident."

The owner of Mugshots said he will re-open the restaurant in Hattiesburg.
