JACKSON, MS (WDAM) - Those involved in plans for redrawing legislative districts in Mississippi is more than likely heading to court.
Friday morning several African American lawmakers expressed their unhappiness with Lt. Governor Phil Bryant after he appointed three white Republican men to negotiate redistricting.
This comes after Bryant openly expressed his disappointment with Speaker of the House Billy McCoy, a Democrat, who is refusing to negotiate redistricting in a conference committee.
