HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Two more orphaned puppies who are part of a litter of eight are featured on the Southern Pines Animal Shelter's Pet of the Week.
Zina and Sox lost their mother after she was hit by a car when they were only one week old. They have been in foster care with their siblings and have been raised in a very loving way.
They are now three months old. Zina is a female and Sox is a male. They are both very friendly and playful. They get along great with children and other pets. They are sure to make great pets for any family.
Cost for adoption is $75. This includes their spay or neuter surgery, a micro chip for permanent identification, worm testing and their first shots.
"They will be at Pet Smart this weekend on Saturday if you would like to come check them out to see if you would like a new puppy for your family," said Valerie Rachal, Director, Southern Pines Spay and Neuter Clinic.
