LAMAR COUNTY, MS (WDAM) - Police charged two Purvis residents for conspiracy with intent to sell a controlled substance Tuesday.
Police arrested Tommy Dale Delancey, 51, and Roger Perez-Lopez, 49, for allegedly trying to sell more than 1,000 tablets of ephedrine to undercover narcotics agents.
Both men allegedly tried sell to sell the drugs to undercover narcotics agents.
Investigators said the amount could make about 10 ounces of meth valued at about $25,000. Bond was set for both at $200,000. Perez-Lopez bonded out, but Delancey remains in Lamar County Jail.
