CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A local band named Fistula has released a CD with a bag of dirt attached from the Cleveland Strangler crime scene.

The bodies of eleven women were discovered at a home on Cleveland's eastside on Imperial Avenue in October 2009. The home belonged to Cleveland Strangler suspect Anthony Sowell, who will be on trial for the murders next year.

The band released 100 copies of their 'Goat' LP Deluxe Crime Scene Edition containing crime scene photos from the Sowell house along with a 12 x 18 two-sided poster of actual newspaper articles about the murders and the case. The band also included a CSI evidence bag with a real soil-sample from Anthony Sowell's home.

Fistula is an Akron based heavy metal band, they have a song titled 'So far Sowell so what.'
