Hattiesburg Pet Smart hosting holiday adoption weekend

HATTIEBURG, MS (WDAM) - Dogs and cats, puppies and kittens will be in abundance at Pet Smart in Hattiesburg throughout the weekend. The store is holding a holiday adoption weekend featuring perspective additions to area families from the Southern Pines Animal Shelter.

Cats and kittens will be available for viewing during normal store hours. Dogs and puppies from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

Standard adoption fees apply, $75 for puppies and kittens, $70 for older dogs and cats. Adoption fees include spay and neuter surgery, current vaccinations, worm testing, and a micro chip for permanent identification.

In addition Pet Smart Charities is donating $35 to Southern Pines for every pet adopted during the event.
