A Laurel Exxon robbed in the wee hours of the morning

LAUREL, MS (WDAM) - Laurel police are searching for 2 suspects who robbed the Exxon Gas Station on Highway 15 early Thursday morning.

Investigators say one of the suspects walked into the gas station just after 3:00 brandishing a handgun.

Police say he demanded cash from the clerk and after taking an undisclosed amount of money, he ran off.

Security cameras show another suspect who investigators believe acted as a lookout for the robber.
