Fifth person now charged with murder from weekend stabbing

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - A fifth person is now charged with murder in the stabbing death of an 18-year-old Beaumont man at a Hattiesburg truck stop.

Leonard Ray Box, 25, is the latest person to be arrested for the crime which happened last weekend at Dan's Truck Stop and Cafe along Highway 49. Larry Wilson Jr., was stabbed twice after police say a fight broke out in the parking lot.

Also arrested and charged with murder are Marvin Bolton,29, Quintell Avis Turner, 24, Kim Jamal Hayes, 34, and Thomas Fairley, 44. All five suspects are from Beaumont and are being held on $750,000 bonds.
