Togetherville becoming popular with kids, Christian radio

UNDATED (WDAM)  There are plenty of reasons for parents to keep their kids off of social networking sites, such as Facebook and MySpace.  But in California, the team behind made the website just for kids age six to ten.

Mandeep Dhillon, the CEO of, says, "We don't need (kids) to find new people, but connect with people in the real world."

Feedback, thus far has been positive.  Erika Dauber, an employee of, notes the site is "becoming popular with Christian radio."

The start-up company currently employs ten adults -- and they're working hard to get into the hearts and minds of youngsters.

Dauber says, "I went to Borders down the street and I picked up the Tiger Bear, one of the most popular video figures on Togetherville is Justin Bieber. I need to find out just who he was."
