HATTIESBURG, MS.  (WDAM) - The Southern Pines Animal Shelters Pets of the Week are two adorable eight week old kittens.

Their names are Dora and Diego.  They were recently found abandoned and dropped off at the Shelter.  Both are very playful and would make good house pets and indoor cats.

Cost for adoption is $75, $70 for older cats and dogs.  The adoption fee covers spaying or neutering, all first vaccinations, and worm testing.  They also have been microchipped for easy identification if they get lost.

Southern Pines Animal Shelter is open from 10 to 5 Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; 10-3 on Tuesdays, and 10-12 on Saturdays.  The Shelter is located at 1901 N. 31 Ave. behind Antonelli College on Hwy 49 N.  You can reach the Shelter at 601-544-6632 or visit us on the Web at SouthernPinesAnimalShelter.org
