The American Red Cross is raise money to help tornado victims.

LAUREL, MS (WDAM) - The Mississippi Broadcaster Association and The American Red Cross are partnering to help raise money for those recently hit by tornadoes in the state.

The Pine Belt Chapter of the American Red Cross, along with several other chapters in the state, will raise money to help follow Mississippians. Director Peggy Owens-Mansfield said they will be taking money from 10 until 2pm at Sawmill Square Mall in Laurel.

Owens-Mansfield said money collected will go into the disaster funds.
