By Jeff Daley – email

COLUMBIA, MS. (WDAM) - Around 100 seniors at Columbia High School took part in a drunk driving simulation Thursday morning.

The event was a joint project put on by the School, Columbia Police Department and the Marion County Sheriffs department.

Students were given the opportunity to drive an obstacle course in golf carts wearing goggles that simulate different levels of intoxication.  They also were given a sobriety test wearing the same goggles.
