Recipe from Amanda Gautreau of Denham Springs, La.
Prep Time: 10-20 mins
Cook Time: 45 mins.
1 pack of meaty bacon (I prefer turkey bacon)
2 to 4 cans of whole green beans
Garlic powder
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
toothpicks
1. Start by preheating oven to 350 degrees. Bundle a handful of green beans (about 15) and roll into a slice of bacon, hold together with a toothpick. Do this until all green beans are used.
2. Place in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic powder. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter, 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar and a sprinkle of garlic powder together and pour over green beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
Servings: Serves 6 to 8
Comments: They are sinful!!!!!!
