HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - The first Monday of September is a day so many working Americans look forward to seeing.

Labor Day Monday was a day full of fun with family and friends for Hattiesburg businessman Tony Reimonenq. Reimonenq and so many others spent their day off work at Paul B. Johnson State Park.

"I think of family, I think of friends," says Remionenq about enjoying the holiday,"But before that I think of a day off."

Many children make the most of a day away from school by swimming, eating, and relaxing as well. Some students also exclaimed it is a day to sleep late.

"You don't have work. And you don't have to go to school." said Julius Reimonenq. "It means you are off of work and you don't have to do anything. You can just chill."

Whether it is eating, fishing, or boating, Paul B. Johnson State Park has the capability to fullfill a day of leisure and fun.
