Oak Grove "Peeping Tom" arrested

OAK GROVE, MS (WDAM) - Bond has been set at $15,000 for a Lamar County man accused of spying on a female store employee as she was using the restroom.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on felony voyeurism charges Monday after he allegedly spied on a woman using the restroom in an Oak Grove convenience store.

Mark l. Glynn is expected to make his initial court appearance Tuesday in Purvis.

Deputies said a female employee of the store went to use the restroom Friday and found a ceiling tile missing. She then noticed a man looking down at her.

Other employees tried to open the adjacent men's restroom, but it was locked before authorities could arrive, a man exited the men's restroom and left in a truck.

Authorities were able to identify the suspect through surveillance video.
