HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Volunteer missionaries are renovating a new mission house for William Carey University.
For several days, a group of men and women with the Mississippi Campers on a Mission have been gutting the inside of a home near campus.
The house, which belongs to William Carey, will be completely remodled to help house a family of missionaries during their stateside furlough.
Mississippi Campers on a Mission is a state-wide non-denominational organization that welcomes anyone interested in volunteering their time to come join them on this and other missions.
