Taco Bell employees charged with fraud

LAUREL, MS (WDAM) - Two Laurel Taco Bell employees will not be returning to work anytime soon.

Julia Caldwell, 32, and Jacqueline Colbert, 19, both of Laurel, were arrested by the Jones County Sheriff's Department for allegedly stealing credit card information from customers and then using it for personal purchases as well as for paying utility bills.

The women were charged with credit card fraud and booked in the Jones County Detention Center.

Sheriff Alex Hodge said the case is still ongoing, and more charges could be filed.
