Touch a Truck at Ashley's Furniture Home Store

Ashley's Furniture HomeStore is committed to Hattiesburg and is proud to host the first-ever Touch A Truck community event.

Every kid loves to play with miniature trucks and cars. They idolize fire trucks, police cars, construction trucks and 18-wheelers.

On Saturday, April 25 at Ashley's Furniture Home Store will bring these miniature vehicles to life and showcase them in true, life-size form. In addition to children of all ages being able to “touch a truck” they can learn what each vehicle does from the driver.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the below vehicles will be showcased in the Ashley Furniture Home Store parking lot.

There will also be Krispy Crème Donuts, face painting and fun for the whole family.

This is a free event for the whole community. Donations will be taken for local police and fire benevolence funds.

  • AAA Ambulance - 2 ambulances
  • Hattiesburg Fire Department - Fire truck
  • National Guard - Hum V
  • Hatt Police Dept - Patrol Car
