Ingredients:
1/2 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp Grand Marnier
Directions:
In a large double boiler, boil 2 cups of water over high heat. Turn heat down to low and simmer water. Place chocolate, cream and butter in the upper part of the double boiler. Stir the chocolate mixture until smooth. Whisk the confectioners' sugar into the mixture, then add the Grand Marnier. Keep the water in the double boiler at a simmer and dip fresh fruit into the chocolate mixture.
