JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Authorities say three Mississippi College football players have been arrested on felony drug charges.
Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Director Marshall Fisher said the players were arrested last week at an automotive repair shop in Mize.
Arrested were 21-year-old Channing S. Autry of Taylorsville, 18-year-old Christopher J. Evans and 21-year-old James A. Willis, both of Birmingham, Ala.
They were booked on charges related to the alleged intent to deliver 2.5 grams of cocaine and 22 grams of marijuana.
It wasn't immediately clear if they had hired lawyers.
