HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Pine Belt fans are combing every sporting goods store in the area for shirts to show support for the New Orleans Saints.
"Every phone call I have gotten this morning was from customers wanting Saints stuff," said Jarred Howze, manager of Gulfcoast Cards. "It's been a little challenging. I don't think the anyone really thought, outside of Saints fans, that they would win the Super Bowl. So a lot of these companies and a lot of these store retailers weren't really prepared to have the Saints gear the day after the Super Bowl."
Jason Spiers with JMH Graphics said even before they were named the champions, fans were lining up outside his door to get their hands on some t-shirts.
"We printed some on a whim, and as soon a people found out we had them it just kind of exploded," said Spiers.
Since last week, nearly 2,200 "Who Dat?" t-shirts have been printed, and the orders haven't stopped, said Spiers.
