Some South Mississippians continue to protest a possible war in Iraq. About two dozen folks carried anti-war signs in front of the federal building in Hattiesburg this afternoon. Some participants say they support our country and our troops, but they say they can't back a new conflict in the Persian Gulf. "I think there are a lot of folks in America that are concerned about this," said protester Doak Mansfield. "They see this action as unilateral and we're going to become real bloody bullies if we don't watch and that's not the American ideal, that's not the American story," Mansfield said. Tour buses from the Gulf Coast also took many Mississippi protesters to a large demonstration in Washington, D.C.
