JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - The Mississippi secretary of state's office has published the latest edition of the Official and Statistical Register, better known as the blue book.
The 776-page tome lists federal, state, county and city officials. It gives election results and lists phone numbers, addresses and Web sites for a plethora of state and local boards.

Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann says the 2008-2012 edition is available on his office's Web site.
He said it includes for the first time in a number of years the members of state boards and commissions. The results of municipal elections are included.
