JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Attorney General Jim Hood says a Yazoo City man faces charges of possession of child pornography.
Hood says the arrest of 27-year-old Tommy Logan was made by attorney general office investigators with assistance from Yazoo County Sheriff Tommy Vaughan and his deputies.
Hood says Logan is charged with one count of possession of child porn. He is currently being held in the Yazoo County detention center. An initial appearance is set in Justice Court on Wednesday.
A dispatcher at the sheriff's department says it's not clear if Logan has an attorney.
